Our story
Built for the Way People Actually Live
A Next Page Properties Brand
How It Started
Angie has spent over a decade in residential real estate, and the part she always loved most was the handoff — that moment when you place a set of keys in someone's hand and watch their shoulders drop. The stress leaves. They're home.
Stay Awhile grew out of that feeling. We kept meeting people — traveling nurses, relocating families, remote workers between leases — who needed a real home for a few months. Not a hotel. Not a bare apartment. Something in between, done right.
So we built it. A small portfolio of properties in Louisville, furnished with care, and a team that actually picks up the phone. The goal is simple: hand you the keys, and mean it.
What We Stand For
People First
Every decision we make starts with the guest. From the quality of the linens to the speed of our response, we treat every stay like it matters — because it does.
Honest Simplicity
No hidden fees, no confusing terms. We believe in straightforward pricing, clear communication, and doing what we say we'll do.
Rooted Locally
We're not a national platform. We're a local Louisville team that knows these neighborhoods, these streets, and this community. That's a feature, not a limitation.
Quality Over Volume
We'd rather have a small portfolio of exceptional homes than a large one of mediocre ones. Every property we add has to earn its place.
The People Behind It
A small, dedicated team that cares about getting the details right.
